Kudampuli Fish Curry
This is an Indian cuisine which serves 4 people.
- Coconut oil – 3 tbsp
- Chopped onion – 1
- Garlic. – 6 cloves
- Ginger – 2 inch piece
- Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder – 3 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Kudampuli – 8 pieces
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies – 2
- Handful of curry leaves
- Small onion – small chopped
- Fish – 500 grams
- Salt to taste
- Add onions, ginger, garlic and all spice powder into a smooth paste.
- Soak kudampuli into hot water for 15 minutes.
- Add oil in the pan and dry Red chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute them.
- Put onion in the pan and fry them till turn golden brown in colour.
- Add the masala to the pan and saute them.
- Now add the kudampuli and water.
- Wait till it gets well boiled.Add the fish into the curry and wait till the coil gets floating on top.
- Add curry leaves and add your delicious kudampuli fish curry with matta rice.
