1. Besan Chilla

Add salt, pepper, ajwain, red chillies, favorite vegetables and favorite spices. Then, soak the dough for 10 minutes. Heat a pan over medium heat and spread a little butter or ghee or oil on it.

Take peanut flour, salt, sugar, citric acid and turmeric in a bowl. Add water to this mixture and bring to medium consistency.
