This is because the nutrients in the fruits vary depending on the color. Let’s see why you should eat red fruits among them.

Containing antioxidants and vitamin C, it also promotes immune system function. You can also mix strawberry fruit with skim milk and yogurt to taste.

2. Cherry

This fruit is high in fiber. It is rich in Vitamin-C and also Potassium. It helps in controlling blood pressure. Cherry fruits can be dried and used throughout the year.

3. Watermelon

It is 92 percent water. It is a great choice to keep the body hydrated on hot summer days.

It is also high in antioxidants such as beta carotene, vitamin C and lycopene.

LDL Helps to reduce bad cholesterol. It will can reduce the risk of heart disease & stroke.

It can even increase the function of blood vessels.

4. Pomegranate

This fruit is high in polyphenols and antioxidants. They can prevent cancer and heart disease.

According to studies, pomegranate has three times more antioxidants than green tea and red wine.

5. Grapefruit

Pink grapefruit contains antioxidants such as vitamin C. It is high in pectin and helps in reducing fat.

It is best to choose pink or red grapefruit because they are high in lycopene.

Have a grapefruit fruit or a tumbler of grapefruit juice with breakfast. Grapefruit can also be added to fruit salads.

People taking medicine and pills should eat grapefruit as prescribed by their doctor. Because it may react with drugs. 

6. Apple

It is high in polyphenols and vitamin C. If one wants to get more polyphenols and fiber, it is better to remove the skin part of the apple.

7. Grapes

It contains Vitamin B, A and lots of water. These are high in antioxidants such as lutein and giacanthin.

The phytochemical resveratrol in red grape skin can help protect against many chronic diseases.

8. Plums

This fruit is rich in nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

This helps to reduce the risk of developing various chronic diseases.
