Studies mentioned that adding nuts to the diet improve sperm quality. Researchers at Rogira I virgii University find out that after a 14 week study, participants who had diet with walnuts,almonds, hazelnuts  ( about 60 grams which is two handful) saw a 16 percent increase in sperm count along with notable improvement of sperm quality.

Several clinical studies are proved that smokers have decreases sperm quality compared to non smokers. Smoking was associated with the decrease of sperm counts by 17.5% and in total motile sperm cells by 16.6% when compared to non smokers.
