Post-inflammatory hypo or hyperpigmentation occurs when your skin experiences any burn, infection, blister, or any other injury.

Liver spots or solar lentiginosis is the appearance of pale brown to dark brown spots on the skin. They are more common in the area where the skin is exposed to the sun.

Vitiligo is a condition where the body’s immune system attacks melanocytes causing pigment loss.
