It boosts the immune system and helps to cleanse the whole body. Jaggery in particular has cleansing properties for the liver and blood.

Ragi is the most commonly eaten food in South India. It is high in protein, vitamin C, B-complex and all nutrients like vitamin E, iron and calcium. Also, it is good for hair and skin health.

Ragi or cardamom can be cooked and eaten in a variety of ways.

Eating ragi for breakfast will help you to function energetically throughout the day. It helps to relax the nerves and improve sleep naturally.
