It is absurd to eat for its taste knowing that it is so harmful. So, you can now say ‘good bye’ to such noodles and make and eat whole grain noodles at home.

Ingredients for making nutritious whole grain vegetable noodles:
Rocky Noodles – 1 tbsp
Large onion – 1 tbsp
Carrots – 1/2 cup
Onion leaf – the size of a tablespoon
Green umbrella chili chopped lengthwise- 3/4 cup
Whole Garlic- 1 (Finely chop)
Cabbage – small piece
Oil – the amount of one teaspoon
Butter- The amount of a teaspoon
Pepper- a little
Salt- required amount
First pour half the water into a frying pan and bring it to a boil. Add a salt as per your convenience and a teaspoon of oil
Separate the ragi noodles and add it to the boiling water as it is. Leave on for 5 minutes
Then, drain the water and set it aside for a while
In another frying pan, add a little oil and butter. Add chopped garlic and fry till red, add big onion, carrot, umbrella chilli, onion leaf, chopped cabbage and fry.
Next, add a little pepper and salt and fry. Then add the boiled ragi noodles and stir
Once all the spices are added to the noodles add a little more onion and pepper and stir well to make a super tasty ragi veg noodles ready.
