Who doesn’t love noodles? Noodles from children to adults will not be the ones with the frowns. But many of us buy and eat the famous noodles that we buy in the shops knowing that they are harmful to the body from time to time. They are easy to make.

Many may call it ‘addictive’ for its appearance and spicy taste. But there are a lot of things that can be harmful to the body hidden in it.

It is absurd to eat for its taste knowing that it is so harmful. So, you can now say ‘good bye’ to such noodles and make and eat whole grain noodles at home.

It will become a favorite food not only for children but also for adults. This will be wonderful if the salt was a little drowsy! It is a healthy food that benefits the body and taste .

Millets include rye, corn, cardamom, millet, taro, and horsetail. These protect us from diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure.

Whole grains are high in protein, fiber, vitamins, iron, and calcium. Low carbohydrates are low in carbohydrates that can help protect us from obesity. These noodles are made naturally without mixing any chemicals.

This includes varieties such as Horsetail Noodles, Rocky Noodles, and Red Noodles. You can definitely eat these noodles without feeling guilty. These are readily available in organic stores.

Ingredients for making nutritious whole grain vegetable noodles:

Rocky Noodles – 1 tbsp

Large onion – 1 tbsp

Carrots – 1/2 cup

Onion leaf – the size of a tablespoon

Green umbrella chili chopped lengthwise- 3/4 cup

Whole Garlic- 1 (Finely chop)

Cabbage – small piece

Oil – the amount of one teaspoon

Butter- The amount of a teaspoon

Pepper- a little

Salt- required amount

Recipe:

First pour half the water into a frying pan and bring it to a boil. Add a salt as per your convenience and a teaspoon of oil

Separate the ragi noodles and add it to the boiling water as it is. Leave on for 5 minutes

Then, drain the water and set it aside for a while

In another frying pan, add a little oil and butter. Add chopped garlic and fry till red, add big onion, carrot, umbrella chilli, onion leaf, chopped cabbage and fry.

Next, add a little pepper and salt and fry. Then add the boiled ragi noodles and stir

Once all the spices are added to the noodles add a little more onion and pepper and stir well to make a super tasty ragi veg noodles ready.
