How healthy we give children is more important than what we feed them.

Many of the foods we give in the name of fashionable foods in breakfast can cause problems such as diabetes and obesity as children grow and develop.

Most parents add toastun butter to their children for breakfast.

Whole grain bread is the best breakfast. But most breads are made from refined flour.

Refined flour is high in carbohydrates and low in fiber. So when you take it for breakfast, your blood sugar level will naturally increase.

Cheese bought in stores is high in salt. So it is better to avoid giving cheese to children for breakfast.

And when you add cheese bread to it, it will be high in calories because it has both carbs and fat. As a result, children are more likely to develop diabetes and obesity at an early age.

3. Fruit juices

Most parents make this mistake. Because children love to drink fruit juices, they think of giving them juice for breakfast to satisfy them.

But eating the fruit as it is will get the fiber in it. But when the juice is given, the fiber in it is removed and only sugar is added. It can cause obesity.

4. See Granola

Giving protein bars can help increase muscle strength. Gives enough energy to the body. No need to cook alone at home for this. That’s why parents buy it at home and easily pass it on to their children.

But with that in mind, do not forget that eating granola bars with refined sugar in stores can mean losing one’s healthy food and the nutrients that are available through it.

Everyone from adults to children is advised to include yoghurt in their breakfast.

Its pro-biotic properties are good for stomach and intestinal health. But it is better not to give children canned flavored yogurt in stores.

It can also cause indigestion along with problems like abdominal pain.

Today’s generation is starting to think of buying saccharine and corn flakes and putting them in milk and feeding them to children in an easy way and as a fashionable food. The kids started liking it too.

But a lot of processors are added to these foods that are readily available. These can cause stomach related problems.
