1. Drink Electrolyte Beverages

How To Make ORS At Home?

Note: For Infants and Children’s ORS Formula

  • 6 level TEASPOONS of sugar
  • Half level TEASPOON of salt
  • One litre of clean drinking water( boiled and cooled)
  • Children under 2 years are given 50-100 ml( quarter to half a cup)
  • Children more than 2 years are given 100-200 ml.
  • Give them in spoon, feeder or syringe to squirt the solution for every 5-10 minutes.
