Hello reader! You might be definitely familiar with coriander leaves, a green herb also called cilantro which is an essential ingredient used whether it is an Indian dish or a Mexican dish. It’s scientific name is Coriandrum Sativum L.

Every housewife’s grocery purchases won’t be complete without a the handful bunch of fresh-greeny leaves with a quick refreshing smell.

These refreshing smell of coriander leaves usually attracts me to the kitchen in busy Indian weddings. It is commonly known as dhaniya in Indian subcontinent.

  • Wrap the coriander leaves in a damp paper towel so that all sides are covered.Make sure they are not dripping wet!
  • Put the leaves in a airtight container.
  • Keep the container in the refrigerator and this leaves the leaves to be fresh for five days.
